Introduction:Located in the Baima Community, Jiangpu Sub-district, Pukou District, Bulao (Forever Young) Village is a mountain valley and one of the Eight Pearls of Beautiful Countryside in the region. It covers an area of about 500 mu.Unlike the ordinary farmhouses that offer traditional catering service only, Forever Young Village innovates the operation model of “company + community + cooperative” in developing rural tourism, upgrading the content setting, cultural presentation, business products, and other aspects based on the abundant ecological resources and gorgeous village scene of Laoshan Mountain. It makes new planning for making the old villageto create a mainstay of various thematic B&B inns added with localdelicacies, cultural and creative business, and other contents. The village can therefor be made an vacation socializingdestination integrated with food, accommodation, travel, shopping, and entertainment.

After several years of operation and exploration, Bulao (Forever Young) Village has gradually formed a positive cycle for building a beautiful countryside with “government construction to guide the maintenance and appreciation of asset value, professional team operation to increase profits year by year, villagers’ voluntary participation in entrepreneurship to increase income and get rich” and achieving a win-win-win situation for the “government, enterprises, and villagers”. It has driven direct employment of more than 200 people in the village, with an annual wage income of overRMB 36,000 per person, and increased the annual income by more than RMB 200,000 on average for business-making native villagers.
