The support and management system of residential community is bad, there is no large-scale unified construction of intelligent equipment and facilities, the floating population is large, and the situation of residents is complex, which leads to many difficulties in public security governance, and brings all kinds of inconvenience to residents' safety, community service, governance and municipal management. It is urgent to build a reasonable, efficient and cost-effective construction scheme for smart communities, with advanced and forward-looking features, and easy to expand and upgrade.

Based on the intelligent community integrated management platform, focusing on the construction of artificial intelligence perception + Internet of things （IoT） + big data system, and supported by multi subsystems, this project builds a accuracy, , grid, real-time intelligent security big data management system managing residents for the government, improves the living condition and makes the livelihood convenient for residents.

1）Through the all-weather, 24-hour, full coverage and no dead angle Full HD video monitoring in the whole community, with the perimeter prevention system, the security of the community has been upgraded greatly, and the property management of the community is getting improved.

2）The intelligent parking charging system in the community completely solves the problems of the ownership of vehicles in the community, the difficulty of even parking and the chaotic parking of strangers in the community through automatic license plate recognition and white list of owners. In view of the dense population and less public parking space in the community, to build stereo garage based on local conditions, and to work with the intelligent vehicle access management system in the community to solve the problem of vehicle management.

3）The building unit door can effectively identify the people in and out of the building supported by the Internet of things intelligent access control. The door control supports face recognition, swipe card, mobile phone, mobile app and other ways. The system realize real-time alarm for high-risk people.

4）Build a virtual grid management area in the intelligent community integrated management platform. Establish a grid database of regional and its related government management departments. The early warning, alarm, accident and big data mining information in the grid area can be pushed to its management department in real time, and the government can obtain the detailed information of the event at the first time.

5）in view of the new demand of COVID-19 for prevention and control, the intelligent temperature measurement system is established at the entrance and exit of the community. Without affecting the residents' access, the temperature of the residents and the floating population can be quickly collected to provide solid support for epidemic prevention and control.

6）The comprehensive management platform for smart community collects subsystem data of smart community, coordinates subsystem linkage at the system level, conducts statistical analysis and data mining on relevant data at the community and community level, and links with superior platform to further form big data application.
