《南京市进一步促进文商体旅展演联动提振消费的若干举措》于近期出台，其中围绕鼓励境外游客来宁推出相关奖励举措，与省级政策形成上下联动，实现错位扩面支持。

1.自主外联奖励：对符合条件的开展自主外联入境业务的旅行社给予奖励。

1. Independent Outreach Incentive: Rewards shall be granted to qualified travel agencies that independently develop inbound tourism business.

2.过夜地接奖励：对符合条件的开展入境过夜地接业务的旅行社给予奖励。

2.Overnight Ground Handling Incentive: Rewards shall be granted to qualified travel agencies that provide overnight inbound ground handling services.

Several Policies and Measures for Further Promoting the Integrated Linkage of Culture, Sports, and Tourism to Boost Consumption of Jiangsu Province includes the following incentives for enhancing inbound tourist reception capacity:

对省内星级旅游饭店（含绿色旅游饭店）全年接待境外游客超过500人次的，按每人次30元予以奖励；对全年接待境外游客超过500（含）人次，且同比人次增幅前20位的，予以每家5万元奖励。对全年接待境外游客在江苏过夜不少于0.5万人次的旅行社，按照第二晚每人次40元、第三晚起每人次50元予以奖励。同一年度同一申报主体累计奖励最高200万元。

Star-rated tourist hotels (including green tourist hotels) which receive more than 500 foreign tourists annually will receive RMB 30 per visitor. Those hosting no fewer than 500 overseas overnight visitors in Jiangsu annually and ranking top 20 in year-on-year visitor growth shall receive a reward of RMB 50,000. Travel agencies that host no fewer than 5,000 overseas overnight tourists in Jiangsu annually will receive a reward of RMB 40 per visitor for the second night of stay and RMB 50 per visitor for the third night and onwards. The maximum cumulative reward shall not exceed RMB 2 million for the same declaring entity per year.
