Morocco

Agadir is a port city in the southwest of Morocco, and the capital of Souss-Massa Region,with a population of about 620,000. It has a long history of nearly 1,000 years but was badly destroyed in an earthquake in 1960, and was rebuilt again afterwards. Agadir's main economic pillars are tourism, fishing and agricultural product processing, of which tourism is particularly developed so that Agadir is known as the first resort in Morocco.
